I am going through a very difficult time right now with my health.  It is fall which is usually a very difficult time for me because my allergies are usually a challenge.  My breathing is not the best because of this.  I think I am coming down with a cold because my nose is so blocked and I keep coughing.  I am also dealing with another health concern.  I had breast tenderness a week before my period that really threw me off because it would happen in one breast then the other not both at the same time.  I made an appointment to go to the gyn.  She found a lump in one of the breasts.  I am full on panicking.  I had to wait until after my period to go to get a mammogram and sonogram my period usually late came on time and now I have to make the appointment and I am so scared.  I got me a groupon to get reiki to help me pull myself together in this week then go get the mammogram.  I keep trying to feel for a lump but I cannot find it but I never felt it in the first place.  Both my mother and aunt have fibrous breasts and have had to do follow ups after mammograms but were fine.  I do have similar issues as my mom and aunt because both had uterine fibroids as well and I also had that as well.  I am holding on but I my anxiety keeps telling me that every twinge is cancer.
