Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

My half-sister is coming today along with her husband and (maybe, we don't know yet) their almost 2 years old son.
Everyone is really stressed. I'm an Empath and I can feel it and it makes me really stressed resulting in Anxiety Attacks. That makes them even more stessed. You can see the pattern.
I'm losing my voice today because I had a huge crying session after my family wouldn't listen to me. I feel so alone.
My parents keep talking about putting me in a school. I still REALLY DO NOT WANT TO GO TO A SCHOOL! Now their talking about how a certain school requires me to have a service animal on grounds if I have Anxiety. I really want an ESD or a PSD. I also really don't want to go to school and experience more awful experiences. What do I do?
I'm so confused and anxious and terrified and hopeful and stressed. On the plus side, my Trichotillomania isn't that bad today.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

i can more than see the family anxiety pattern. i have lived it with my husband and adult sons. my parents didn't care enough to do the codependency dance with me. breaking the pattern was and remains a booger bear. works ongoing. . . that very pattern is what makes family members such lousy therapists.
it is highly probable that the problems you are having in school are going to follow you into your adult life. bosses, etc., are even meaner than teachers and fellow students. those problems don't get easier to fix with the extra years of defending your dysfunctions. it's not a fun pattern to break, but the sooner begun, the sooner done.
the choice on what to do is up to you. continued support, whichever way you decide.
it remains yours to sort, but i opine that a classroom environment would be a fully viable means of building your social skills, should the opportunity arise.
Something weird happened too: My finger became numb every time. After my last time going, it was numb for an entire week.
I can't stand being in classrooms any more. It's too stressful as that story tells.
just wondering. . .
it remains yours to decide.
you are older and smarter now.
be brave.
Build on this experience. It was an example of how our anxiety can get us so worked up before an event, and we get so anxious and worried and think the worst. Anticipatory Anxiety... it is called.
But usually, the real event is never as bad as we build it up in our minds ahead of time, and sometimes the real event is even very enjoyable!
Please use this as a learning example for future worries you might have. It will really help you in the future :)
