Just got home yesterday from a nearly week stint in the hospital. Some anxiety this morning, mostly I think because waking up at home is soooo different than waking up in the hospital, but I'm doing much better. Got my meds tweaked a bit and was able to just focus on me for a bit. Another thing that I didn't expect to help as much as it did was just being around other people. I've come to realize the isolation from the pandemic is effecting me much more than I thought it was. It's not just everything that's going on... it's not being able to sit in a coffee shop surrounded by people and conversation, or going to the gym and just acknowledging the people I see all the time. It's all a rich tapestry, as they say.

How are the new drugs after the hospital tweak? Mine get tweaked each time I'm in the hospital.

I agree with Mid being outdoors helps. And if you are able to walk that is helpful too. Take it easy.
New drugs seem to be helping... I had up'd the dose of my SSRI before I went in and I think that's finally starting to kick in. They also gave me some as needed meds that aren't benzos, so I feel more comfortable taking them more often/for more days in a row.
