I think I wrote to you before - you were going to try drinking water when you got up in the morning, to avoid dehydration? I also think I suggested protein shakes - do you think you could get a half-glass of whey protein mixed in water down after you get up? I remember you as having to take thyroid medication before you eat (please correct me if I'm wrong) - maybe you could take the medication a little before you get up in the morning, so you can drink the protein shake immediately after rising - I know for myself that not eating really worsens both my anxiety and my dizziness, because you could have a low blood sugar episode, which causes both conditions -
I would also try some gentle exercises in the bed before raising up, to help normal the blood pressure flow.

I also feel my worst in the morning and I start feeling better towards the afternoon - I think the body has to replenish itself after sleeping, and the fasting that comes with sleeping, and by 11 AM or so, it is starting to recover -

I also have to be careful where I drive. I live in the mtns and it makes me carsick (driving) and generally dizzy... *hugs*
I've found massage in my neck area, chiropractic adjustments and just stretching my neck muscles helps with my dizziness.
