HI, I am new to forums, I have a history of some panic disorder/depression from years ago and I have just three weeks ago had a horrendous relapse out of nowhere.. I suffer from extreme panic attacks and derealization/depersonalization symptoms that is just terrifying and they last for a long time, I haven't felt at all "normal" since the episode three weeks ago and I am losing my mind. I have met with a psychiatrist who has upped my zoloft dose from 50mg to 150mg and I am taking xanax three or four times a day.. I feel drugged and dispairing, the zoloft hasn't kicked in yet and I am just in real need of support because my brain is thinking some really bad and dark things right now, can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, is there anyone out there who can relate?!

Also use gentle motion to distract. The more you move, the faster the sensations change.
Best wishes.
