You must not keep on stressing or you will wear out your adrenals like i have done. Without the help of dr wilsons book of instructions on how to help the glands get balanced again. I would be back on antidepressants. ,keep im touch. Tell me wy you are stressing. Do you know? Hope i can help you.
I'm sorry that going thru so bad, I Started having Panic Attacks and very bad anxiety on April and since then My Digestive systems is so bad. For me right now what it works to relax me are breathing exercises with relaxing sounds like the beach or rain, and started therapy and so far so good. Also, I started taking Zoloft and its working not that bad and Also, Im on Ativan but the Dr is trying to take me off. Also, I just read Chamomille tea are good to calm the stomach, I going to start to drink it today hopefully it helps. Like Katie54 said the sleep is crucial and I know because I don't get enough sleep and I don't rest well my anxiety goes wako and my digestive systems goes along.

I would go get lots of blood taken and ask them to look for answers. People don't just suddenly have constant panic attacks including vomiting without any cause. Anxiety has a cause.
