This year I am anxious about christmas, there is only three of us, no one will visit, family dont care, last couple of years we've been away for new year, this year we couldnt afford it, so there is nothing to look forward to over Christmas. Just recently I've become nostalgic about Christmas past, when we were a big family, had lunch, then christmas tea at my uncles, played party games, gave presents etc, there is none of that now, my parents are dead, my uncle too, his children my cousins live far away. This last week we did a present exchange with a part of the family that due to family politics I'm not close too. Usually my aunt gives emma (my daughter) some money £10.00, and something to open, this year no money, but what really hurt was the fact that I'd given my cousins (2 of them) and one husband something for each of them and their children, they both have two children each, what they did was get together and did one present from all of them, that is 7 presents replaced by just one. I doubt very much if it will be anything special something cheap and cheerful. I am really hurt about this, they are the only family I have left in the area, my other aunt that does care lives part of the time here and part of her time abroad. What do you think of this?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
