It all started yesterday(Monday) we got in the car to get Emma from her day centre to find the car wouldnt even turn over. Luckily someone from the day centre was able to drop her back home. Well today it was taken to the garage to find out that the recovery man had said that the battery was flat. In a way he was right but we have found out the back parking lights are on constantly even when they are suppost to be off. Yesterday Gareth managed to get leads to start it, which worked, the parking lights were on all night however, and the battery was flat again! Thats when the recovery man came and agreed the battery was flat, which the man from the garage disagreed. And thinks we need an autoelectric technician. After looking round we found there were very f ew. Any way the garage man has asked the man he uses to have a look at it. Thing is it will be about 2 weeks before he can come! So we are car less for at leaST 14 days!
Where we live we have 1 bus an hour and 2 trains an hour. So it looks like we are going to get fit. At least me and Gareth will Emma will be in her wheelchair!
