I don't know if it's my stepson visiting or the three coffees I drank this morning, but I'm feeling really, really anxious right now. Heart beating out of my chest and I don't know what to do with myself. I drank a little more than usual today, but most days I feel like it kind of contributes to all of my other problems.
I feel both hopeless about my life right now - there doesn't seem to be much point to anything I undertake - but also I feel like I really should be doing something productive today. I try not to use my clonazepam much, but I could really use some right now. My doctor is no longer working at the clinic where I go and I'm waiting for them to call me back about who her replacement will be. In the meantime, I've run out of the prescription.
At any rate, I'm starting to think I really need to stop drinking caffeine, but I'm so addicted!!! Anybody else have to confront this?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

When I am that agitated I will pace to burn off the excess adrenaline. So, if it helps and you have the space, pace around. Go for a walk if it's a nice day. Also, have a good cry. It's amazing how cleansing a good cry can be.
I do hope you are feeling better very soon.
Take care
I agree with Lucky, get moving, and have yourself a good cry. It really does work.
Sorry that the ss is still causing increased anxiety. I was really hoping that would get better. I feel you with the clonazepam and doc issues.
Most days I can't see any difference in my anxiety if I just stick to one or two cups of coffee, but if I drink more than that, it makes a big difference. Perhaps I just need to make extra sure I only have one cup. I can't imagine giving it up completely. I really do love the ritual of my morning coffee!
