Hi Everyone,
I am feeling a little bit lonely today and I wanted to share this with you.
I have suffered from anxiety for many years, but I kind of have it under control for the most part now. That being said, this week I got bronchitis, and I am feeling really sick so I went to the doctor and the doctor saw me for less than a minute, said you probably have bronchitis and completely dismissed me. I am originally from a different country, so I don't know if that is normal here or not.
Anyways she didn't give me any medication and on top of feeling really sick my anxiety is putting thoughts in my mind like, what if I can't keep breathing? Can I die from this?
The smart part of my brain is saying you are going to die dummie but how do I make those bad thoughts go away? I am always thinking in the worst case scenario even when my anxiety "kind of under control"
Bewteen my fever, cough, difficult breathing and night sweats I find it really hard to not worry.
Thank you for your support as always!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I hope you start to feel better soon, if not in a day or so get on the phone to the doctor and seek some advice. Sounds like you need more than just rest.
It's sad that I have fight so much to get proper medical attention.
Thank you for your input
I have a quick question for you that is not relevant to this, do you like living in the U.K.? I have been thinking about moving there in a couple years
