Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. It's been a couple of years since I have started to get anxiety attacks. Whenever I fall into a problem I make a lot of plans but when it's time to face the steps or a crucial moment I can't hold on to myself and get panicked. Recently I have found a job and one month before this I have left another job and during the last month I have been sufferring anxiety attacks everyday. Being depressed in the majority of times everyday and finally I have found a job but when I am in the office I am over all good in the entire day.
But all of a sudden I get panicked, my eye sight gets dizzy, heart starts beating rapidly and I try to make myself calm down but can't. It goes worse when I think that if I can't stop geting panicked then I won't be fit for this job which means a depressed life again. But, after a while it goes okay. I mean every negative thoughts fade away. All that remains is a feeling, a fear that I may fall into the same thing again.
Few years back it was even worse. I never knew the problem and the reason of my panic attack. But at least this time I know that I don't have enough confidence and I get frightened easily.
Can anyone suggest me anything?
Thanks in Advance,
Rayhan.

Your awareness of what is going on sounds pretty awesome. My suggestion is that you keep sorting through that awareness until you find the psychotherapy tools which will help you manage the process a bit more efficiently.
Gentle support while you sort. Sort freely. Sort often.
Welcome back.
