That’s why I avoid the things what can trigger my anxiety and avoid toxic people I used to smoke and I was a chimney smoker I did it because it would seem to calm me down with my anxiety for the moment but in reality since cigarettes are stimulants in the long run it only makes it worse especially when your about to run out.
I think eating a healthy lifestyle helps and drinking water helps and exercising on a regular basis is very important.
It can make you have bad heart palpitations. And make you sweat. That's an awful feeling. Remember it will pass and you won't pass out. That's a scary feeling.
Having positive people in your life is very important. Negative people will only bring you down. It's good you stopped smoking too. Better for your health and lungs.
Eating healthy and exercising is a must!!!
Love my yoga. And staying hydrated also is important. I dirink lots of water. Thanks for your comments.
fully escalated to psychotic break levels, anxiety feels like what i imagine dropping a blow dryer in the bath water feels like. ouchus maximus with pro intervention needed for recovery. recovery takes what it takes.
That's a good description of how you feel. But knowing that your gonna be safe and nothing is wrong or gonna happen to you is half the battle.
Now dropping a blow dryer in the bath doesn't sound like fun. That's a shock waiting to happen. Ouch!!!! Thank you for your comnents.
You got a good sense of humor. Love reading your comments. They are hilarious.
Sorry to hear about all your anxiety. Those are very common symptoms. Try to do some deep breathing. That might help. Maybe take a walk or exercise when you feel like running away. Hope you feel better. Thanks for your comment.
Sorry to hear about all your frustrations. The only thing I can suggest is just keep trying. Push yourself alittle bit. Good luck.
Thanks for your comnent.

Sometimes I have a hard time interacting with people too. Either in person or on the phone. In my head I think that they can tell. But I think it's just the anxiety telling me that. I'm glad you were able to get out of the house. I'm sure you did just fine in person with people and over the phone. Don't doubt yourself. That only makes matters worse. Just be you and say whats on your mind and try not to let your anxiety get the best of you. That's half the battle. You got this!!!! Thanks for your comment.
