I understand it's my body, my diagnosis, and no matter what, my husband is in this with me. So he's on edge too. We have our moments, and yes, we have had arguments. But, after finding out the diagnosis, without saying anything to me he posted it on facebook. I wouldn't have known except he got so many responses. I didn't think I had to say anything to him about it. I did tell a few of my friends and told him I wanted to wait until we knew more about what will happen.. I blew a gasket. He deleted the post. but still hasn't apologized. That hurts. And now, people are acting differently around me. We live in a small town (500 people), so everyone knows everything.
Having fear of the unknown is quite scary. It's like you don't know what's gonna happen next. Like the future. We don't know we only know the past and the present.
When you feel like you can't settle down take some deep breaths and try to distract your mind. Maybe go for a walk or do a hobby. I do yoga and that helps me stay focused and relaxs my mind and body.
Your husband should of not said anything. It's private between the two of you.

So sorry to hear about your injury. It has to be hard to deal with. I'm glad that you have carers that helps. Do the best you can with what your going through. I sympathize with you. It has to be tough. And anxiety doesn't make it any better. Stay strong and take one day at a time. Thank you for your comment.
You don't need to be stressed about that too. That only adds to your anxiety. You take good care.
I just read about your diagnosis. I am so sorry to hear. I think your husband is very concerned so I wouldn't be too mad at him for what he did. You take good care of yourself. Praying for you.
