I am beinning to think that anxiety and neuropathy are related symptoms. I take a supplement called NerveRenew and I also take 900mg of Neurontin daily. Both of these treat both anxiety and neuropathy. Also I was reading about Lyrica which also treats both anxiety and neuropathy. Has anyone else come to this observation??

When I googled it...said possible causes of neuropathy could be vitamin deficiencies. I have noticed since I changed my diet last January that I feel much better overall and much lower anxiety and depression. I have had this discussion with others. What if it's all a nutrition problem? What if all the things in our processed foods are what is making everyone sick. Just a thought.

How it was determined that it was anxiety creating the "perfect storm" took a lot of work, and learning the cognitive behavior techniques gave me an opportunity to build some positive connections related to anxiety. The hardest part was learning how to tell the pain...what it was. I know that getting treatment gives temporary relief and in finding the temporary relief, it allows you to rest, which helps healing.

There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
