About Me
I am an IT consultant currently working in Danbury CT. I am married to a wonderful woman with 2 wonderful children. My daughter the oldest is living and working in Chicago. My son is currently a junior at the University of New Haven. I have been suffering with General Anxiety Disorder for the past 33 years. Most of the time it has been under control with the help of medications (Lexapro and Xanax). However over the last 8 weeks the anxiety has flared up again probably due to changing jobs,
