I went to the doctors checked verything my heat blood tests ect. But for some reassoonnn its so hard for me to exercise a good amount of time with weights without feeling tired easily or get a little dizzy or something. I was running outside one day and i over exhausted myself and had a panic attack and had to go to the hospital. I think ever since then ive been scared but i still kept trying SO MANY TIME! it happened to me with yoga to...then another time i did it I felt fine!. Maybe im forget to breath right sometimes when i do the moved idkkk! Does anyone else have a hard time exercising because of anxiety?

What I am doing this time to keep the anxiety level down is the breathing, the counting, and doing one set and resting. Before you go running, drink some water, take a cool cloth for your neck, and see if that helps you make it through the fear of the fear itself.
