i have a little bit of good news.i was able to read half of a book yesterday afternoon. It has been awhile since i have even picked up a book, because i was so scared that i would not be able to concentrate on it.

What else.Learning new tasks, retaining information, staying present in conversations.

By whatever theory, as I regained freer access to the long-term memory, the rest improved tremendously with the healing.

But her mental cognitions started to decline due to major anxiety/depression issues...and she's at a point she can't even focus when she reads.
So it's so great to read that you are able to push through and do something you love again.
