General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. For years I've had this deep anger inside of me for whatever reason and it seems as though the older I get the angrier I become. I've also always had some anxiety problems, and I believe these 2 things are related as well. I find myself angry and afraid of things that many people just find "stupid" or "illogical" and deep down it's like I realize that I shouldn't be, but I just physically can't help it. Does anyone else find a relation between these 2 things or am I just looking for a connection where there just isn't one at all?
The anger deep inside me is furthering my depression I also have, and I feel like it's making a distance between me and people even more. It really puts a strain on the relationship with my parents and other people that are around me. Sometimes I even fear that I'll wind up hurting myself or someone near me when one of these panic/angry situations arises. I really am just lost for words at times, it's scary. I guess I'm just seeking someone I can relate to.
I don't even know anymore really...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

One of the first things I learned with anxiety is like what above anxiety says, the same symptoms, words, actions, and feelings happen, no matter what the situation is. Anxiety is natural, and anger is a possible consequence due to choice made with anxiety. Depression is a possible consequence due to choice made with anxiety. Replace the first word, and you'll notice the pattern.
As Above anxiety says, recovery is possible, it's giving your self a way to calm, soothe, and relax those sensations.
Best wishes.
