I have no clue what i actually got going on but i have a diagnosis of bipolar and ptsd from my current pcp. Any input or feelings to help me understand would be good to hear.

Whether you are afraid of the marshal law or The Virus, this circus is taking a toll on us all.
You are not alone, Barry. My prayer is that, mask-a-phobe, germaphobe, or a twist in between, we can all find our way through this together.
Writing is the important first step in releasing the feelings, emotions, and thoughts in a safe way.
