I noticed from your profile that you are also struggling with Bipolar Disorder. And you've posted that you are not sure that you are on the right dose of medicine or even the right medicine. Have you called your Psychiatrist and discussed your need for a meds change? A medication adjustment might be just the thing for your depression, anxiety and other symptoms.

It is hard to judge what medicine is supposed to do, and often it's working for the symptom that it is prescribed for, which is allowing a different symptom to expose itself.
For me, learning how to juggle the chronic mild depression and the acute anxiety that is created with the generalized anxiety disorder with social phobia has been a long journey.
