You have lumped everything into a single paragraph. Take each sentence and write something positive for that sentence. Embrace the anxiety and recognize the depression. Give them pictures that you can add silly, happy, soft, gentle, fuzzy warm thoughts, words, patterns to.
You are valuable just as you are, right now.
Knowing the pull of depression and the spike of anxiety at the same time often gives you strength you didn't realize you had.
I had more people walk away from me changing, and at first, I thought it was me that was wrong, then after I realized I was doing more of what I wanted, and feeling better, that it was because my usual response no longer fit their experience, and they didn't know how to handle the change.
It has taken time, determination, a lot of work at home, with my self, treating my self kindly, to learn just how strong I am. You are on the right path, and look at what you want for you. Go in the direction that gives you the best, and let your anxiety and depression help you. They are natural, which means that being natural, you can hand them their walking/running/marching papers by yourself!
Best wishes, you are not alone in this.
You are not alone!

I think in the meantime, try to focus on anything that's positive in your life. Even if it's just a funny cartoon or a beautiful view from a car.
I also think that forcing yourself to get outside and do something is key. Take a walk. Volunteer. Pull weeds. Whatever. It all helps get you out of your head.
