First and foremost, I would like to say Hi to all of you guys. I've used this website about two years ago when I fist started experiencing anxiety and depression and i can't begin to tell you all how much this website helped. I had an account but for the life of me I can't remember my password.lol. So here's my situation:
I was sleeping a few nights ago, and I woke up feeling completely anxious. I was shaking, and I had all these racing thoughts going through my head. I haven't felt that way in a long time. And I remember thinking and saying, I'm going to go crazy. And the word schizophrenia popped into my head. And I haven't been able to control it. I would check for symptoms but I dont really trust the Internet for mental health advice haha. Anyway, it's just been thought after thought of just me going crazy.
So my question is, how do you guys cope or get rid of negative thoughts that you know deep down inside don't corespod to you? And also, I kind of feel like like I let my guard down to much and that's why my anxiety and depression came back. What do you think?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Don't go there. That is what anxiety is--you start by having negative, scary thoughts.............

And Yeah I'll try journaling. I've heard that's also a good way to blow off some steam.
