So today I had a moment, and let me explain.. I have extreme back problems and sometimes my tailbone hurts a lot from it as well.. Sometimes it's worse than others but.. the thing is..It's been on and off this past week and earlier Saturday afternoon I.. (Sorry if this is TMI) I went up to the bathroom, I didn't have the urge to go #2 whatsoever.. as a matter of fact I just went the night before.. I was straining/pushing and it felt like something was coming out but absolutely nothing was happening.. So I thought I was just constipated.. like back last year in august I had extreme constipation and had a major meltdown anxiety attack for two weeks when I couldn't go.. I was so scared this afternoon because I thought I had to go but it wasn't.. really happening. Idk. I'm confused and weird.
When I got off the toliet, the feeling of pain stopped completely and I don't feel like I have to go anymore.
Whats wrong with me? I can't go to a Dr. right now, I don't have any money or insurance.. :/

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

If you tailbone is hurting, it can send nerve signals out that can be misinterpreted. Have you put heat on it or stretched to relieve some of the tension?
I would not worry about BMs unless it has been a week since you had one or you are in pain. My kids have gone through bouts where they were so constipated they were vomiting and I had to take them to the Dr. He recommended Miralax. He said it was gentle enough to take for life!
I get the same problem. I have muscle spasms, but the meds I take constipate me along with the fact that it hurts my back and sends me into another spasm if I try to strain going to the bathroom.
I find that getting up, walking around, lifting my legs up while walking sometimes relieves the pain, and then the next time I feel the urge, I go without pain.
Best wishes on finding something that works for you.
