Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Don't assume it's anxiety until you've eliminated every other cause.
I have ear issues, and when I take a sip, I can find out immediately if it's anxiety or something else by what happens as I drink/eat, and how I feel afterwards.
When you find overwhelming anxiety, breathing, moving in rhythm (feet tapping, finger tapping) often breaks the pattern long enough for the anxiety level to naturally balance fast.
Best wishes.
Anxiety makes you feel bad, but when you get things like nausea, it's cos of the crushing stress, not because you're about to fall over from motion sickness.
You might have to get pushy with the doctor. They have a habit of blaming things on the easiest and most convenient scapegoat and the problem of having anxiety is you trust other people's opinions so much more than your own that they get away with it.
You are having "fight or flight" (look it up....there are TONS) of symptoms in response to this natural reaction.....it's just ours is in overdrive.
AdventureGuide has FREE 12 week guide in her journal.....just friend her and she will let you read it.
It will take work on your part and will take several weeks....but hey.....it sure beats having anxiety and is worth the effort required to rid yourself of anxiety.
The mind is VERY powerful and can create and mimic many illnesses.....so it can also cure the anxiety as well.
Deep breathing will cause dizziness at first, but the more you do it...the better things will get. Tho....deep breathing is part of the solution, there is more to it. They are not hard steps in the sense of say like working out at a gym.....it does require a tweak in your diet....staying hydrated.....and interrupting negative thoughts and changing them to positive on a conscious level until it becomes a habit (about a month worth hundreds of times a day or whenever you catch yourself being negative or having negative thoughts).
I wish you the best.....don't give up!
