I took a deep breath, ate a good lunch (leftover pasta) and then some candy. Feeling a bit better with all the carbs and sugar.
Hope you can find something to make you feel a little bit better.
I SO know that feeling....can you get one of the kids to give you at least a breather?
I know that's not an answer but maybe if you can decompress you'll feel a little better....
hugs....
Do you think it is harder now that you had the respite ?
I feel like that is where I am in my head.
Sending hugs
Do not feel guilty about feeling this way..you are only human

Judy hit the nail on the head. Once you've had the taste of freedom, it is VERY hard to go back to it. I realized it a long time ago, but was ashamed to admit it.
You are feeling exactly like I did when I decided to get some help for me and went on Zoloft. You really should consider it if you aren't taking anything and if you are.....maybe it needs tweaked. I don't think I would have made it through those last 6 wks without it. Now I am weaning myself off of it. I can't wait to meet you in Vegas. You sound so much like you are following my footsteps.
Praying for peace for you and Rollie very soon.
Judy...are you coming to vegas? I wish everyone could.
I went to a movie last night for the first time in so long I can't remember when. It was a wonderful sense of freedom and I did my best not to think of my husband in the nursing home.
Deborah, if you can, get someone to be with your husband for even a couple of hours and treat yourself to whatever you might enjoy.
