Our world is in a rush unless disaster hits and then they run for cover and hide...oh some people do stick around to help others...but for the most part-everyone seems to think of themselves first before others :(

Pray!! But let's hope that never happens. I have to admit, I haven't thought about that! Do you do anything special for Labor Day Weekend. I had too much fu, time to pay. :O( oh, just to have the energy and health that I did in my twenties! Glad I did all the things I did do, well, mostly.

Annette, only one? :O) yesterday, I went to meet friends for coffee, however, after waiting for an hour, I thought I should call them. Yep, sure enough, I was at the wrong Baristo! By then, I was too tired to join them. I've brought this up on other boards, and I seriously am concerned how numb people have become to this. We had our medical records hacked. This is especially concerning because the potential for abuse is limitless. Just think if your medical records are on the black market. Anyone can get them, employers, insurance companies, anybody. Your most personal information. The letter said this attack came out of China.
Now, we have to take all kinds of action to try and protect ourselves, but the damage has already been done.

I wrote our newspaper about this breach of medical records; they just called and said they are printing my letter. This should be interesting....

Considering I live in a state with high temps-we are actually having problems keeping our malls open-more people seem just to want outside stores(dumb)

In the Fall and Winter? I can't imagine wanting outside stores when it's so hot. But summer wouldn't be enough to keep a mall open. Our malls have a lot of empty spaces, not good. I still need to find a hat and an outfit for the pollo fundraiser this Sunday. I'm running out f time. I don't like to shop anymore. I'm too tired, too much pain. Plus, I'm sick of all the polyester out there. What happened to all the cute clothes and natural fabrics?

Have you checked stores like goodwill? Alot of choices and old stuff..or there is always a gunnysack and cut holes in it :)

I actually scored yesterday, found the perfect hat and outfit. Plus, I got my hair cut. It was a busy day. Now, for next Friday, I have to find Gatsby attire for a big event. I'm clueless on this one...when I got home , I collapsed on the couch. I remember the days when a nine hour shopping day was nothing to me! Now, an hour sends me into a flare. My how things change.

Every morning when I wake up my sinuses are swollen and sore. Today my sinuses are swollen, the glands in my throat are swollen and sore; and my throat is sore. Could all of this be due to allergies or could it be a cold? Usually when I have a cold my asthma is much worse. I did have three days in a row where I woke up due to asthma attacks and had a hard time with my asthma while outside. This weekend though it's just the other symptoms that I mentioned. I'm not sure when fall allergy season starts. I have allergies all year long. i wish I could get an air cleaner but we can't afford one right now.

Watch out for sales on the air cleaners but when you do get one-make sure you get a couple filter replacements to have on hand..

Gatsby outfit huh...wouldn't that be large shirt with puffed up shoulders? And loud in color?

I don't think I have a cold. I think this is all due to allergies. If I had a cold my asthma would be acting up more because I'd be congested. Throat isn't really too bad today but sinuses are sore, headache, and pressure in my ears.
