morning all, just checking in....not up yet....cant sleep for a few nights....and I can never take naps...
it will have to be a slow day....physical and mental.....
just watching our earthquake on TV.....I think this was near the fault...? about 50 miles from here...
OK I need a new hobbie besides this cleaning and organizing.....im so tired....

I know what you mean about being tired hotdogalice. I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get. I can't nap during the day because the traffic is too loud. I'm glad that you're 50 miles from the earthquake. I read, watch movies, and tv, and spend time online. I do cleaning and laundry during the week. I don't really have hobbies other than that.

Lol Annette! I didn't post the last time because I don't really have too many hobbies. I love to read, I play video games sometimes. I surf the net, love tv shows and movies!

I'm here, lots of pain. My right hand is now in a brace. This journey just keeps giving. I forced myself out the door this morning to go out with a friend for coffee. We took our coffee to a beautiful park and tried to solve the world's problems, but sadley, we were not successful...you think I would learn to pace myself, after my friend dropped me off, I drove all long way to find an outfit for a pollo game that is a huge fundraiser. I got to the middle of the mall, and I literally couldn't walk anymore due to ankle, knee, back and feet pain. I started to panick because I was alone, and I'm just standing there trying not to cry (it really was that bad). I finally got to a chair. Glad I made it home in one piece. How is everyone else doing, now that I'm done whining?

Do you have a walker or perhaps when you go to the mall you could borrow one of their wheelchairs and push it unless you suddenly need to sit down...that way you may not panic because you will have transportation if you need it.

I do love reviewing movies and discussing tv shows!! I'm really sore today because I had to stand on the bus because there were no empty seats. I had to stand at the very front holding on to a pole trying not to fall when the bus when around turns and braked. I also had to angle my hip a certain way so not only is my bad left shoulder sore but also my right knee and my bad right sacro illiac joint.

And I bet there were men sitting on the bus huh Darknessemb :(

Wow, I remember the day men and kids gave up their seats. My husband is a gentleman. We were out yesterday, and I just couldn't believe how rude people were to each other. Very worried to best first in line, get a seat no matter what, shoving people to get where they wanted to go. We both commented how much times have changed. I saw a man go up and take a chair from a lady whose husband got up to get some food before the band started. She told him that was her husband's , seat; he blew her off and took the chair with him. I couldn't believe it!

I agree people are very rude! Everyone is always rushing! I was hit by a car while I was going to university. I was knocked over and my back was a little sore but I was otherwise fine. The driver was in a hurry and wasn't watching. I have almost been hit again several times because people cut me off when I have the walk light. They are so impatient they don't want to wait a couple of minutes until I get across! I live near two four way intersections so I have to be careful. My asthma was acting up really badly yesterday due to the humidity while I was outside. How is everyone else feeling?

Hit by a car! Oh my goodness. Any lasting problems from that? BTW, how is your knee doing? Distracted drivers are the worst. It used to be courtesy was the norm. Now, it stands out if you see it. I remember enjoying going for a long drive, not anymore! It used to be you would have a close call by a bad driver once a year, now, it's multiple times a day! Does make you thankful for the good times that we do have. I'm going to a big BBQ tonight, if I have any spoons left. Anybody else have plans?
