Why is it that women shave their pits, legs, perhaps toes and pluck a few things here and there on their faces and trim a special something here and there...
Yet men do not maintain one thing that is going hairwire as they age. Their eyebrows!!
I bet a million, hairy bucks that if my eyebrows were as bad as the mens' out there...there would be no reason to trim me lil spots.
Oh...how does this relate to recover?
Easily...taking care of your outside as well as the inside.

I say that as a guy with increasingly bushy eyebrows, with micl. wild gray hairs sticking out of them in all directions.
Yeah, and try plucking out that ear hair? I never used to have hair in my ears. Okay, are you all scared now? I'll post a picture of myself for 30 seconds in my profile (no, I won't).
I really don't feel that bad about myself.
I just saw on the Today show that all you have to do is comb them up and using a SMALL sissors, clip the unruleys from the top.
They said ONE at a TIME so for SOME, this may take a lifetime! :)
Oh wait, I don't think I'll go there. I love a hairy woman!
So grow away. LOL!
