I've always like Huxley. He wrote a lot of stuff worth reading.

You can't love God with all your heart and soul and mind and hate your brother. Jesus said that. He said to love your enemies and pray for them instead of hate them.

So if you hate haters you are then a hater. You must hate yourself then?

kill your enemies with kindness is just being the bigger person. It will also drives your enemies nuts!

Jesus said something to the effect of "Why just love those that love you, what glory is there in that"? Love those that hate you is a much harder thing to do.

I think it's really important ot try to cultivate the positive in onesself (and thus the world and people around us) and to seek it in others. On the flip side I think it is necessary to limit the negativity coming into our lives. It doesn't have to be judgemental to identify that there are some people who, if we allow them to, will bring negativity into our lives.

I had no boundaries whatseover, on any level, in any sphere of life when i was still drinking, but over these 11 years I have learned a lot about assertivesness and boundaries and now true to cultivate positive relationships rather than negative ones.

hate no matter what is a bad emotion - it stirs, it brews, and it overflows.

Bad's golfing analogy reminds me of a true experience. I was skiing powder and feeling my oats headed for the trees....lost control and in the forest kept saying...."look at the space between the trees"...crashed and burned but NOT into the tree...but the soft powder between the trees. Very true saying...focus on the goal not the hazard!

I'm with the Dahli Lama. The origanal quote reminds me of the ying-yang. That struggle between dark and light. Balance, thats the goal, easier said than done! I am trying to deal with the dark within me, it was always there but I masked it with beer. I'm glad I have DS ist's helped me realize it.

I always have like the History channel and science going. Morgan Freeman just to explain, basically we go out to space.,.looking for water. Morgan said life is water...sufficient por moi...I like his voice. Basically he said to find life, find water.

A lesser deity, certainly can be a god or goddess too. Her realm is the physical earth stuff..and...life. She is a lot nicer than that old testament God. I also believe Lilith is a minor deity, she is for other things.
