Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Don't be fooled by thinking that substituting beer for vodka will make you less aggressive or abusive.
Keep up the fight. You have support here.
The drinking is not going to stop until you do something about it.
Why not try a few AA meetings and see how it goes. If you find it hard to get out of the house to go to a meeting, you can telephone or email AA and ask if they would send someone to go along with you to the meeting. AA members in your area will be glad to help you and you wont be causing a problem for them because that is part of what they do.
You dont have to go to prison or die but you need help. Give AA a call what do you have to lose?

Why can't you go to rehab? I would think there is a rehab somewhere that you could go to, but maybe I just don't know the whole picture.
If you can't go to rehab, then I hope you will go to AA or some kind of support group. Maybe the doctor, for starters. Just glad to see you pulled yourself back out again and are here to share.
You're not alone in this thought pattern. So what do you want to do about it?
