I thought of something to say over the holidays. When we are all faced with gatherings. Some of us new at this and not wanting the world up in our business. Nosy in laws asking why your not drinking. Or if you say you stopped drinking they make up their own worst conclusions as to why. Sure some of them might be right. But my mother in law doesn't need to be jumping to conclusions.
So in my case my blood pressure was really high. Now it is well within normal with room to spare.
I'm going with this. " My blood pressure was high and to manage it I only have drinks one day a week and today is not that day" The day will never be that day. But they don't need to know that.
