I completed 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

I halved my librium dose yesterday to 2 a day, will see my doc this week, and hopefully that will be me off them.

I got very angsty last night - you should see how clean my house is as i searched for something to do.

Good for you! Keep cleaning and doing what you got to! (o; My floor got mopped like every day when I was trying to get through 5 days sober.

Way to go...Amazing the enery we have to do other things but not drink....Do u do windows 2??? Remember ODAAT and keep things simple

Thanks everyone, me and my partner put a big circle around today and wrote 10 on it.

Im really proud. What does ODAAT mean??

Nvm, I figured it.

Tonight its been minding my partners kids and soon im getting a shower then we are hitting the supermarket (partner coming also to monitor/prevent any naughty behaviour)

My next goal is 2 weeks clean! :)

Congrats on 10 days. Do what you have to do to stay sane and sober. If that's cleaning all night go for it.

Great achievement - its not long ago I was there using the same programme as you by the sounds of it

To give you something to aim for I reached 70 days sometime in the last week - but I remember how importnat 10 and every other day has been since

Stay with it and bet you cant catch me (if you get mt drift)
