Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

i'm not sure if this counts as social anxiety, but i've been single for a little over a year because i'm scared to trust someone again. i went through a really emotionally abusive relationship and it left me feeling like i'll never find that perfect someone. i'm a waitress so sometimes i get phone numbers from guys and i'll be really excited about it but after overthinking it i never text them. i just want to live my life and have fun like everyone else but i feel like i'm too awkward and no one will ever love me because i'm too faulty.

That wasn't your fault. You did nothing wrong. He was wrong for treating you that way.
It's great that you are out of that bad relationship. Focus on yourself right now. It's okay to talk to new guys, just take your time, go slow getting to know them, and get to know them more on a friendship level at first. By going at your own pace, you will feel more in control again.
I am certain you will move past that relationship and you will meet a great guy!
There is an active group on DS ( https://www.dailystrength.org/group/healthy-relationships ) that was really helpful to me after I got divorced.
