Thank you Arfie, it really isn't so simple, emotional attachment doesn't just disappear, an I realize it takes time but it's draining.

Don't let the simple phrasing fool ya, Cbreeze. Seems to me that the more simple the say, the harder the do. Maybe if I use a million words where one will work, the do will be simpler than the say? ? ?

No doubt about the drain factor, but the less I fight the fact, the less the drain factor in my daily life. The attempt to make a silk purse out of a bug's ear takes considerable energy that can be better used elsewhere.

Life is as life is. Not as I would have ^it^.

Where's my magic wand?

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
