  Needing advice for pcos pain

  ok so today has to be one of the most painful days I've had so far in the last couple of years. I struggled  so bad just geting out of bed today. Does anyone know any good remedies that make pcos bearable? I've been using a good old heating pad but that only suppresses my pain temporarily while I have it on. Sometimes I hate being a woman! Ugh!
