  As I was getting ready for my Chiro appt today, the phone rang and I jumped up to get it and I felt a Pop! in my right upper hip area. My muscle craved, and I almost fell over.  Nothing was broke but I was limping in pain. When I got to the Chiro, he examined me and said that the muscle tore, and it was probably the RA.  He iced it and said to stay off of it for a few weeks.  What?  Lately I have had weak muscles, leg cramps at night.  What is going on?

  I live in a small town and there is only one Rheumatologist Group. They are not taking care of me. Has anyone tried a Pain Management group?
