  Over the years it’s always been a struggle to loose weight try to eat well exercise almost everyday and nothing is coming off and or it’s very slow. I have to not let that discourage me and I try to look at the scale as a challenge than a enemy but like everyone there are off weeks but I am gonna keep going strong and keep motivated.

  often I have felt ugly and like no guy would see me as beautiful. It made it hard to gain the confidence and self esteem to talk to a guy. When I turned 18 I started really feeling my confidence and like i am worthy of love i became more outgoing and started working out and feeling better in my skin anyone who had felt this too please comment and share your stories and any questions you might have.

  this has been a year ! I started out in good old Woodbury Minnesota and as we close this chapter I find myself in Arizona and couldn’t be happier, I needed to get out of Minnesota and Leave my pain and poison behind. It was hard but I feel stronger as a person for it. I believe in my Faith more and that I have a path I need to follow and I can’t blame god for what Has happened to me, I can only thank him for his lessons.
