I live in a small midwestern town, but grew up on a farm. My husband and I have been married nearly 40 years and have three children. Our youngest, also known as my 40th birthday surprise, just graduated high school. Until my health deteriorated, I worked as a medical office manager. I used to love to dance, sing, act, bake, work on the farm, ride horses, walk and train my dog, camp, fish, garden, and socialize. I can do very few of those things now. My family and my sister keep me going. I like to see the sun come up every morning and I am grateful to my Lord for each new day. I have an abundant sense of humor...if you knew my husband, you would realize how important that is!
