  I haven't written in for a few weeks. I guess I've been scared and ashamed to. I haven't been doing too well. There's been a lot of stress in my life lately. Which naturally has made me want to turn to the screen. I've been fighting really hard to resist but I've had some slips. I don't want to make excuses though.   I haven't written into this group in a long time. I've been struggling alot lately but I'm trying to hold myself accountable. I've kind of dropped the ball on my recovery to be honest. I keep going back to the screen and sometimes I've questioned if I was even trying to stop.   How's everyone doing today? I haven't watched porn in the last couple days and I can tell today is gonna be a rough one, but I'm trying to push through. I'm trying to approach my recovery with compassion. Addicts tend to use shame as their driving force for sobriety.
