Didn't cry at all until tonight before bed.  Had a bad panic attack though.  I'll have to see if I get them again on the 18th or so. 

Watched Ghost Busters with a friend, went to a fun Aikedo class, and had dinner with friends.  Was crying and hurting really bad, but I think the number is low from all the distractions = life.

had my first job interview this week

He was here two days last week and told me maybe maybe not someday, it's messing with my head.  Now I'm a complete wreck, I don't know how many times I've cried today, I've lost track.  Need to cut...

Crying spells were high at the 15th of last month, curious if they'll spike for a week and a half from the 4th to the 15th this month as well...

Seem to need 10.5 hours of sleep to function, so the 9.5 I've been giving myself is too hard on my medical conditions.

Digestive issues started the day off immediately with tears.  But my one friend here invited me over to watch a movie, so we had a good time laughing together; God bless him.

Juno and I got the oil changed in the car, went for a long walk and got groceries.

My dog, Juno, has a bad tooth that is going to require difficult surgery next week; she is 16 and a half so the anesthesia won't be the best for her either.  Please pray for her.

Trying to see if I can do everything myself that he used to do; so far I can!
