  that is something I'm still trying to figure out but mostly occurs when i didn't do something or when i did something wrong (no matter the level of it could be from i did not do my job completely to i lied that i fed my cat in the morning) so I'm having a difficulty to know why i am lying and i think that what frustrates me more and i get tired trying to figure it out because i have Trichotillomania and anxiety also so it is frustrating the hell outta me, easy solution that probably 90% would...

  Hello, i am 30 years old and have a nag for lying to my boyfriend on stupid things (were together for like 5 years - started having issues since 3 years back) - even tho i get caught on my lie, i still try to justify it or even convince him that i did not mess up and we are at a point that he is beyond able to forgive me, unless if i do something.
