  I've been doing a lot of soul-searching this past week. I realized some things about myself that i don't like very much. But I've also been doing a lot of praying, a lot more than I used to. I have confessed everything to God, and I do believe He has forgiven me. Still having a bit of a hard time forgiving myself though.   I've not looked at porn for four days now. I'm facing possible jail time, and have no desire at all right now to see porn. Terrible way to get sober.

  I'm a 60 year old man in America. I hate myself for my porn addiction. I started looking at it about 15 years ago. Lately I've been interested in the bizarre stuff. I feel ashamed and disgusted each time i watch it, and yet i keep coming back. I need serious help, and don't think i can do it alone. I feel so awful. I feel sure this will kill me if i can't stop.
