  The last few days have been particularly challenging although I am not sure why exactly. I have been fatigued and I know what medical condition is behind this, but my mind has been disturbed. There are a couple of teens, specifically, I worked with lately that have caused intrusive thinking.   I am a new member and have some specific goals in mind. For the next 6 weeks, I am to check in once per week at minimum. I am a grad student and working towards my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
