I use an app to track weight. My starting weight was 270...goal 260. Now...293

Doing the chores. Cut down bushes(was not on my list...needed to be done.) I'm sure wife has a list for me.

Yep, I'm fat. I've been yoyo dieting for years. I'm blaming my current struggle on medication. I look at chocolate and again 5 pounds. I starve and lose 1. I've given up. I'll try to move more,but all I want is to sit and eat ice cream.

On my 1 day off. Just getting the routine tasks checked off the list. Started strong this morning,then slept a lot,next tasks done. Laundry to go. I use an app to check of tasks. I have a dark sense of humor,so forgive me,if you get offended,but one...

They repaired the bent part of truck. Now I can pretend it never happened. Oil change and other small fixes. Trailer needed unexpected work....after I hooked up to it. Hence, I had time for truck fixes. I might be on time for my appointment.

I'm so out of shape. Can't even trim weeds,without die ing. Something else to work on,I guess.

I watched the 1st episode of the 2cd season of the new twilight zone. It was about a lonely guy that starts hearing a voice of a real person,,telepathically?,,. It made him so happy. Of course, it didn't end well,cause it's the twilight zone.
