- My dr. told me I would have a 50-60% chance of only needing 24 weeks. I'm CT, 1a, treatment naiive. Is this true or was he just trying to push me into TX?
- So my dr. was really pessimistic about the future treatments (not available 'til 2015 or 6, not better results, higher bone marrow toxicity. ) Other people heard they'll be around sooner and will be gentler. Any inside scoop?

- I saw a liver guy today and asked about waiting for the new TX. He said they won't be out until 2015 or 6 and iwll have the same 70% success rate as the current stuff. No inteferon, but higher bone marrow toxicity. Disappointing.
