  I am starting to realize I may be in a codependent relationship. My husband has been diagnosed with sleep apnea and is finding it hard to find the right treatment. I was however trying to be the loving wife and do everything I could to deal with it. But recently I started trying to find someone to talk to and it turned into more and blew up in my face.   I recently got caught in my lies and I realized I shouldnt have been lying about things. I didnt even realize I was lying. I want to change and be a better person and hopefully gain my husband back. I hate that I have hurt the people I love the most. I want to be the woman that everyone knows I can be and be happy with myself. I am sure this a contributor to my depression. Please HELP.

  I was recently caught in my lies and my husband wants to leave me. He is letting me stay where we live to help with the things I already do. I really want to change and prove to him that I can change. I cant lose him and break up our family. I also have ruined relationships with my parents. I want to change and show everyone that I am and can be the woman I should be. Please HELP!!!

  I have been lying about things to my husband on and off for years and I dunno if I can fix it this time. I want to change and be able to fix what wrongs I have done so that my family wont be broken. I grew up in a broken home and I dont want that for my children. I have also ruined my relationship with some of my family. Unless I really change and can prove to everyone I am the woman that they know and love I am afraid I will have no one. Please HELP!!!
