  I really want to try the Hypnotherapy so that I can stop the fear and triggers but I don’t know how to ask or even really discuss it with my mom. She doesn’t even know about this group I joined.

  I joined this website to work through what happened and get rid of my triggers. I went through around four therapists and they didn’t work, so a friend recommended I try a support group online. After five years, I am still afraid of being alone with men. I trust my boyfriend and he understands and supports me through this but that doesn’t stop the thoughts. Does anyone know how to get rid of their triggers and to be able to trust men again? And can you help me?Thank you. :)

  I was around ten years old when it happened to me. I was visiting my mom with my siblings and my mom hired a babysitter to watch over us so that she could go to work during nights. This guy had great reviews online and from locals in the town, so he was an obvious choice. He watched over us for weeks, no problems occurred.My mom had a day off and wanted to a concert so she of course hired him.
