  Hi, all.  Just joining the community and let me say how much I already appreciate what I've learned.  I am a 49 year old woman who has not had a period now for a year (this week).  So, I guess that means I am in menopause?  Anyhow, in this year, I have magically gained 15 pounds without changing my diet and exercise, have hot flashes that could also be contributing to global warming, rarely sleep a full night and feel weepy.  I am taking natural progesterone and phytoestrogen creams from...
