This week has mostly been good. Just have to be patient and take one day at a time. Keeping myself busy seems to be the best way to tackle my problem - but also leaving myself some time for fun...

Up and down... I've got a couple of days off work, which is great, so I'm off this afternoon to visit my brother and his family.
