I spoke with my mother a few days ago and she has a friend that I also know(her kids are friends of mine from grade school). I have met her two daughters before even if they are older than I am. ...

I do have quite a list of symptoms with my ms, but I am grateful for what I don't have.

For many people that do not know very much about ms, they think it is fatal. My great grandfather had ms and lived to be 82. Did he die of ms after 82 years?

my damage is entirely on my right side; right hand, right foot, right ear, etc.. I exercise my left side and do the same with my right mimicking what it does, that is my advantage.

where could my life go next? two months will be three years since my diagnosis and I can barely walk. every second of everyday, I only hope that I do not turn out to be progressive. I may...

I have not fallen for quite a while, because I am so careful about every step I take. I could stand up and fall right now. I exercise so I have more strength to pick myself back up.

My life has always had excitement, and it has always been a direct result of choices made by me. That is why I am expecting remission because my life is always changing.

I can feel that exercise is greatly improving my ms. I think it is because everything else is taking up the slack. It has done really good things for my mind and body.
